Your first subscription delivery will arrive on the delivery date selected at checkout. All subsequent deliveries will arrive on the same week day as your first delivery.
To pause or update a delivery date, . please contact our customer service team at care@2500bc.hk or WhatsApp us at +852 6299 9402. Please note that you will need to update the information at least 2-day before the scheduled delivery.

We deliver to Hong Kong Island and most areas in Kowloon and the New Territories.

2. What if the recipient is not at home for the delivery?
If the recipient is not at home upon delivery, we will leave the flowers at the reception or with the caretaker if possible. If the caretaker does not accept the flowers, we will bring your order back to our warehouse. There will be a delivery charge incurred for the next delivery attempt.
如果嘗試送貨時在地址上沒有人,我們將把貨物留在看管人或安全的地方。如果這些選項不可用,則訂單將被帶回我們的倉庫,並於您支付第二次送貨費後,我們會安排盡快送貨。
3. Can I amend my order?
If you wish to change your order or subscription, please contact our customer service team at care@2500bc.hk. or WhatsApp us at +852 6299 9402. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including the delivery address and gift card message) no later than 2-day prior to the delivery date.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations for any order.

5. Flower substitution
There may be occasions where we have to substitute flowers subject to their availabilities. If this happens, we will always endeavour to choose a similar style with equivalent value and quality. Please also note that appropriate substitutions may be made when flowers are reaching the end of their season.

We curate each subscription by picking the season’s very best and freshest blooms for deliveries that surprise and delight every time. It’s as easy as selecting:
