  • Delivery Dates As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to select the date for delivery of your order, whether that delivery is part of a subscription or a one-off order. You will also be able to select the frequency of recurrence (in the case of a subscription). We will make every effort to satisfy your selection, but this cannot be guaranteed. For Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day orders, time slot selection is not available; all orders will be delivered from 9am-8pm. For special delivery time arrangement, please contact us.

  • Cancellation Cancellation of orders not accepted. All bouquets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Suspending or skipping your subscription If you wish to change your subscription, please contact our customer service team at care@2500bc.hk. Where notice is received after that time and we have been unable to make the requested changes, please note you will still receive and be charged for your next delivery (as we will have already started cutting your flowers), but your suspension instruction will only take effect for the number of times you select unless a cancellation request is received.

Delivery charges

  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order on the website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.

  • We take special care to endeavour that deliveries are made within your nominated delivery day and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. We may ask that an appropriate person signs for the goods on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, we will either leave the goods with a caretaker or in a safe place. If these options are not available, the order will be brought back to our warehouse and our customer service team will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

  • Charge is for one delivery only. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to 1. the sender’s provision of incorrect or incomplete information 2. the receiver not being at the address provided (moved, out of town etc) 3. the concierge/caretaker unwilling to sign for the flowers, the bouquet will be brought back to our warehouse. Once the second delivery charge has been paid, we will deliver the order on the next available date. Should you fail to be present for your delivery, we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.

  • In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
